Or1ksim simple and dynamic mode don't work

Description:
Or1ksim allows you to use --enable-execution=dynamic or --enable-execution=simple as well as the default --enable-execution=complex.
However "simple" is obsolete (and now won't compile) and "dynamic" was a project that was never completed.
This option should be dropped.
