8/16/32 bit SDRAM Controller

hello: I am using this core on fpga. but, I can not access the maximum address of sdram chip. for example, the size of sdram chip is 8MB and is 2M32b, the maximum address of sdram is 0x1ffffc. when access this address ,can not get right result. yours.

Hope, you have tied the cfg_sdr_width correctly at SOC level

cfg_sdr_width 2'b00 - 32 Bit 2'b01 - 16 Bit 2'b1x - 8 Bit

This is IP used in silicon also .. Not heard any specific issue. You can simulate your issue and share me the waveform.
