TERI in Modem Status Register Not To Specification

Description:
According to the Rev. 0.6 Specification, that bit is supposed to be set only when going from low to high state. However, the code is treating it same as the other three Delta indicator bits. The specification is correct. Need to change the code such that TERI bit is set only when delayed_modem_signal[2] and ~ri.
