Confirmed. This is due to legacy code - all types used to be defined in util_lib.util_pkg before I generated a opencores project. you can safely remove the inclusion of util_lib. or just remove keygenerate.vhd from your quartus project and use keyexpansionV2 instead. I will update the code ASAP.
