Hi,I'm a graduate in Taiwan.
I try to implement a minsoc on my FPGA board recently, and I follow the tutorial "minsoc how to" pdf file and do the project using Cygwin windows
I got some problem and don't know how to solve it

4 Simulation
Debuging the testbench (3 terminals)
1. terminal 1: from minsoc/sim/run/ a) ./generate_bench b) ./run_bench ./run_bench ../../sw/uart/uart-nocache-twobyte-sizefirst.hex

2. terminal 2: from minsoc/sim/run a) ./start_server

3. terminal 3: at minsoc/sw/uart
a) or32-elf-gdb uart-nocache.or32
b) target remote :9999

when typeing target remote :9999, I got the message "(gdb): :9999 connection refused" I google this problem but can't solve it T_T.
