I'm in a project which uses board Arria V GT,
Now I need to install usb blaster to push the code to board, where should I get the file USB BLASTER to install ?

Are you asking about software that should be delivered with the USB BLASTER? Or are you asking about software available elsewhere, such as here on OpenCores?

Probably are you asking for the USB-Blaster Driver?
I think that if you need to push up the design, is because you
have already the code and probably you just need install the cable
driver.

There are lot of information googling: USB-Blaster Driver,
and depends of your OS 7,8,8.1 32-64-bit check the compatibility for
the driver.

You get the USB Blaster hardware (a dongle) from your favorite distributor of such things: Mouser, DigiKey, Avnet, Arrow, Newark/Element 14, whomever.

You get the USB Blaster software from Altera. It is part of the development toolset, Quartus II.

If this is an Altera DevKit, these kits usually come with an "onboard blaster" that you can connect to with a mini or micro USB cable. If not, I'd recommend purchasing a USB Blaster II from Altera...

The software to program those kits is a part of Altera's ACDS (Altera Complete Design Suite). The subset program (Quartus II) would likely be good enough to complete FPGA-related tasks. You can also download just the Quartus II Programmer if that's all you really need to do.

The cable drivers are a part of the Quartus II installation in Windows and can be enabled in Linux by doing some Googling on your own. Here's a link that I found for installing a cable in Linux (Ubuntu):
