The flow control don;t need to have Vlan as the flow control must always be process wether a port have vlan/vlans or not, more over once the pause timer value is extract from the packet the packet is "vaporize" and is not forward.

if an ethernet port will send a flow control frame to another port,
and this port belongs to a VLAN,
should the flow control frame be insert a vlan tag?
