The Compression Framework for Physiological Signal Telemonitoring. In this project, we had implemented the (1) state-of-the-art jpeg2000 standard compression for 1D signal, and the Le Gall 5/3 wavelet was used and a lifing scheme is implemented. (2) Compressive Sensing based signal compression. (3) Accompanied matlab code for simulation and data generation. Available at Bitbucket rightnow
