I used the first quadrant 0 deg, 30 deg and 45 deg coordinates from the document.
Deg 0 30 45 Remark X 7FFF 6EDD 5A83 These inputs are from the polar2rect results. Y 01CC 3FFC 5A82

The results seems not right. What is the format of the input for X and Y? Do I need to convert to unit circle? Is there any examples for the rect2polar, like the one for polar2rect in the document?

Type your text here when i input x and y at different value, but x is equal to y, the angle output changes randomly. why? would you please give some examples of rect2polar?
