I used this script:

MOF_ORSOC_TCHN_v5c_or32-elf.sh

but I keep getting this error message. Eventually the tool timed out.

Who maintains the ftp site ? Is there an email address to use to report something like this ?

jeremybennett commented over 13 years ago
<p> Agwan </p> <p> OpenCores is maintained by ORSoC AB. </p> <p> For a quick response, I suggest you use IRC at freenode.net, channel #opencores. There is usually someone online there who can help. </p> <p> HTH </p> <p> Jeremy </p><p> -- <br /> Tel: +44 (1590) 610184<br /> Cell: +44 (7970) 676050<br /> SkypeID: jeremybennett<br /> Email: <a href="mailto:jeremy.bennett@embecosm.com">jeremy.bennett@embecosm.com</a><br /> Web: <a href="http://www.embecosm.com">www.embecosm.com</a> </p>

Hi, The FTP is working, however we do have a "intrusion detection" system that monitors all activities towards the FTP and OpenCores. If this system "trigger" then it will block your IP-address for 12 hours. So in order to check this, please try and access the FTP via another IP address.

All support issue around OpenCores should go to oc-team@opencores.org (as described in the FAQ). You can also send me an email with your IP-address, then I can see if it's on the "blocked-IP-list". And if yes, removed it from the list.

Best regards, Marcus Erlandsson

FTP site is indeed down. I have tried to access it from two different machines on completely different subnets in different cities.

julius commented over 13 years ago

The downtime was due to the servers for both ORSoC and OpenCores being relocated. The site is now back up and running, and the FTP addresses in the scripts have been updated.
