ZTEX releases new Artix 7 FPGA Board with USB and DDR3 SDRAM

ZTEX Releases USB-FPGA Module 2.13. Main Features of the new FPGA Board are:

  • Four FPGA variants: XC7A35T (expected mid of 2014), XC7A50T (expected mid of 2014), XC7A75T (on stock) and XC7A100T (on stock)
  • USB 2.0 interfaceg using Cypress CY7C68013A EZ-USB FX2 Microcontroller (100 pin version)
  • External I/O connector with 100 General Purpose I/O's (GPIO)
  • 256 MByte DDR3 SDRAM (16 Bit, 400 MHz, up to 1600 MByte/s data rate)
  • 128 MBit on-board Flash memory (e.g. to store Bitstream)
  • 128 Kbit EEPROM memory (e.g. to store the EZ-USB firmware)
  • 2 Kbit MAC-EEPROM: contains a unique non erasable MAC-address and is used to store firmware settings
  • On-Board power supply:
  • Heat sink included

An powerful Open Source SDK is provided for rapid development.
