Intended use
------------
Versatile library is a collection of commonly used functions. Implementations include the following FPGA target
 
* ACTEL
** ProASIC3
* ALTERA
** Cyclone
** Arria
** Stratix
 
Support for other vendors can , and will be, added as need arise.
 
Usage
-----
 
Design is divided into a number of submodules. During the build face these submodules will be concateneted and package for different targets
