        * sgml/makemakefile: Rename ecos.sgml/html/etc. to ecos-ref.
        Copy over GIFs where they exist.
        Don't treat porting guide specially at the top... treat it only as
        specially as the other special cases.
        Update (C) holders.
        Update licence/warranty blurb.
