CONWAY'S GAME OF LIFE DESIGN EXAMPLE

This project is not complete.

When complete it will allow external configuration of a 256x256 grid for
Conway's Game of Life for display on an NTSC monitor.  The output will be
2-wires going to a simple circuit that generates the associated NTSC video.
