The directory structure for the project files are:

/               Old project files. Do not use these files
/ROM            Old rom files. Do not use these files
/rtl            Old files for DE1 board. Do not use these file

/DOC            Documentation for both projects: DE1 and S3E
/DE1            Project files for Altera DE1 Development Board
/DE1/ROM        ROM source files and tools to convert hex to vhdl, and to converto fonts
/DE1/rtl/VHDL   Here are all VHDL files
/S3E            Project files for Diligent Spartan 3E starter kit, including VHDL files.
/S3E/ROM        ROM source file. Use the tools from /DE1/ROM to produce new ROM files.
