Hi,
Our requirement is to install the GNU tool chain, newlib, uclibc,or1ksim,linux kernel. Once this all tools are able to run, we will install or_proxy(it's USB driver) to debug on physical FPGA HW.

Our PC environment is:
1)LINUX Ubuntu10.10 64-bit
2)Processor AMD64-bit

Please let us know if this environment is best enough to run all the tools listed above. I will checkout all the tools from Opencore SVN.

You should be able to follow my tutorial from beginning to end. I have exactly the same setup:
