Simulation error Of OR1200-generic system

I'm simulated or1200-generic system with an input programe(hello.elf).
But or1200_monitor says a system crash reported "or1200_monitor : OR1200 crash detected (suspected CPU PC corruption)".

Terminal dumped retails are..
