1. Install the SDCC in windows
2. compile the c code use  sdcc <*.c> file
3. Change it to intel hex code by using
   packihx sourcefile.ihx >sourcefile.hex
4. To create .in file, run the
   A. oc8051_Rom_Maker.exe
   B. Take the input .hex file
   C. Set the output type as "Simulator .in"
   D. Say Make
   E. Use the .in file in simulation enviornment
