14 Removed false positive for NaNs if they have different signs

This patch removes a false positive that is reported if the expected
and the actual result differ in signs.
However according to the IEEE754 spec this is correct - NaNs don't have signs.		 bro 5081d 08h /

to publish this package under the terms of the GPL v3.
This package contains some neat conversion functions for printing out std_logic_vectors and std_logic values,
