14 Removed false positive for NaNs if they have different signs

This patch removes a false positive that is reported if the expected
and the actual result differ in signs.

I got the permission of the Author (Prof. Dr. Gundolf Kiefer, University of Applied Sciences Augsburg)
to publish this package under the terms of the GPL v3.
This package contains some neat conversion functions for printing out std_logic_vectors and std_logic values,
