Jun 5, 2002SOC Embedded 32-bit mini RISC uProcessor with SDRAM controller 05/06/2002 - Hosseinamidi - Hossein Amidi The SOC_Design Block Diagram has been developed and placed under the CVSWeb/embedded_risc sub folder. Also under the same directory you can find preliminary codes for Top level testbench, RTL code for entire design and machine language test program for 32-bit RISC processor. Please, tune in a near future for the complete RTL code and ...
Apr 9, 2002SOC Embedded 32-bit mini RISC uProcessor with SDRAM controller 09/04/2002 - Hosseinamidi - Hossein Amidi Today, almost in every advanced Digital system there would be a uProcessor or a uController device to controller the flow of commands or data or perhaps to processes the incoming input command or data’s. The incoming Data would be either processed for the end application or get stored in either temporary storage for near future use or in a permanent storage for later on. Due to advancement of technology and portability of devices today designers try to compact the entire system in the smallest form factor. And because of this in the recent years designers tried to put the entire system in a single chip or SOC (System On a Chip). An Embedded 32-bit mini RISC uProcessor with SDRAM controller would be one of the most preliminary IP (Intellectual Property) blocks needed for any SOC design templates.
