The project navigation is completely broken again. I see the list of categories but clicking on any of them doesn't do anything.

The browser's console reports 2 errors: "failed to load resource, a server with the specified hostname could not be found: https://cdn.polyfill.io/v2/polyfill.min.js?features=default,Array.prototype.find,Array.prototype.includes",
"failed to load resource, the network connection was lost: https://opencores.org/projects".

This consistently happens only on this page, and on multiple devices, so the issue is clearly not really a bad network connection on my end.
