JPEG Decoder

I downloaded the djpeg_latest.tar.gz. And I found that a module named jpeg_huffman was used in the jpeg_decode.v version 2.00. But there is no such a Verilog file in the djpeg_latest.tar.gz.

Replace jpeg_huffman with jpeg_hm_decode
