Fixed Point Arithmetic Modules

Hi, thanks for the codes. But when I used those modules in my project, I was puzzled by which data reprentation were adopted. Once I thought it should be Two's complement, 'cause I found a module called qtwosComp.v. But in qmult_tf.v the number -32.5 is 0x80408000, this should be the true form one. I think it would benefit us if a readme or something else is proposed in the project to show the details. Thank you.
