Graphical LCD interfaces

What license is this core controlled by? I cannot find any mention of licensing for it. I tried emailing the author via this project page's author@opencores.org email link but the converted email address to him was rejected by the server.

Just want to know what license this core is controlled by, as I cannot find mention of license int he sources, project description page, etc.
