How to build for Altera/Quartus #12

The project description mentions it has been "synthesized for an Altera board" and I'm trying to synthesize for a Cyclone IV E FPGA BeMicro board using Quartus 11.0sp1 (and 15.1) but it doesn't seem to pull in the full design (like on ISE).
Can you post the .qpf file used?

Currently I don't have the means to fulfil your request. Could you clarify the problem you're having? What do you mean with "pull in the full design like on ISE"?
