When connecting to Or1ksim via RSP, the GDB "load" command is painfully slow.

The system calls to set up the connection were not optimal. Fixed by reference to the standard gdbserver routine. Performance is now much faster. Not quite as fast as the Remote JTAG Protocol interface, but that is due to more rigorous checking of the memory, not the interface.
Will be incorporated in the next release.
