VGA/LCD Controller

It would be a nice to have the ability to use this core to control an STN lcd module. Modes should include 1 bit per pixel (1bpp), 2bpp, 4bpp. Single/Dual scan (upper half/lower half). 4/8 bit data bus. Up to 1024x768.

I have designed this type of controller many times in many ASICs, and would like to help, but I do not know if my employer would allow me to. I will look into this.
