JTAG Enable
CONFIG_DSU_JTAG
  Say Y to enable the JTAG debug link (JTAG-to-AHB). Debugging is done
  with GRMON through the boards JTAG chain at speed of 300 kbits/s.
  Supported JTAG cables are Xilinx Parallel Cable III and IV.
