1.  The installation procedure assumes that "gcc" is installed
    and is in your path for the installation of local tools.
 
2.  gcc 2.7.2 with crossgcc patches (ftp.cygnus.com:/pub/embedded/crossgcc)
 
3.  binutils 2.6 with crossgcc patches.
 
4.  newlib with RTEMS configurations.
