The following mount options are supported:
|

iocharset=name Character set to use for converting from Unicode to
|
| 15 |
|
|
ASCII. The default is compiled into the kernel as
|
| 16 |
|
|
CONFIG_NLS_DEFAULT. Use iocharset=utf8 for UTF8
|
| 17 |
|
|
translations. This requires CONFIG_NLS_UTF8 to be set
|
| 18 |
|
|
in the kernel .config file.
|
| 19 |
|
|
|
| 20 |
|
|
resize=value Resize the volume to blocks. JFS only supports
|
| 21 |
|
|
growing a volume, not shrinking it. This option is only
|
| 22 |
|
|
valid during a remount, when the volume is mounted
|
| 23 |
|
|
read-write. The resize keyword with no value will grow
|
| 24 |
|
|
the volume to the full size of the partition.
|
| 25 |
|
|
|
| 26 |
|
|
nointegrity Do not write to the journal. The primary use of this option
|
| 27 |
|
|
is to allow for higher performance when restoring a volume
|
| 28 |
|
|
from backup media. The integrity of the volume is not
|
| 29 |
|
|
guaranteed if the system abnormally abends.
|
| 30 |
|
|
|
| 31 |
|
|
integrity Default. Commit metadata changes to the journal. Use this
|
| 32 |
|
|
option to remount a volume where the nointegrity option was
|
| 33 |
|
|
previously specified in order to restore normal behavior.
|
| 34 |
|
|
|
| 35 |
|
|
errors=continue Keep going on a filesystem error.
|
| 36 |
|
|
errors=remount-ro Default. Remount the filesystem read-only on an error.
|
| 37 |
|
|
errors=panic Panic and halt the machine if an error occurs.
|
