The first maintainer isfree to devolve that responsibility among the other maintainers.The Obvious Fix RuleAll maintainers listed in this file are allowed to check in obviousfixes.An "obvious fix" means that there is no possibility that anyone willdisagree with the change. Something like bypassing an interface willresult in instantaneous and loud complaints.A good mental test is "will the person who hates my work the most beable to find fault with the change" - if so, then it's not obvious andneeds to be posted first. :-)Target/Architecture:Generic ISA (Instruction Set Architecture) issues, API variants, CPUvariants. *-tdep.c.
