I started writing my own Perl assembler and decided that I was going to be
spending more time writing the assembler than writing the RTL. Google to the
rescue and I found hsw12asm which fit my needs perefectly.

Not sure what the state of the code is anymore.

make_decode.pl - Perl script to read instructions.rtf and generate the Verilog case statement for the xgate instruction decoder.
