4	More minor updates: - The LED mode now shows either a set of bits resetting each minute, or a flashing meme if an alarm has gone off. - The stopwatch no longer initializes to on, but starts in the off mode - The Seven Segment display now turns off high order digits if they are zero and nothing above them is non-zero. - I adjusted the decimal points somewhat. In clock mode, the minute and second decimal blink together. In stopwatch mode, the decimal point (just before the last digit) is now on.
