8 Minor updates, mostly in support of the RTC GPS module. dgisselq 3039d 23h /
7 Added the makefile, and the GPS schooled RTC, together with the appropriate
changes to the spec.
dgisselq 3086d 20h /
6 Added a 'light' version of the real time clock, one that doesn't support
the seven segment display, the LED outputs, or the time-hacking, but one
that should work easily in any core independent of what hardware the core
has connecting to the external world.
dgisselq 3125d 21h /
5 Added the RTC date module and the specification changes to go with it.
The date module, although present, has yet to be properly tested.

4 More minor updates:
- The LED mode now shows either a set of bits resetting each minute,
or a flashing meme if an alarm has gone off.
- The stopwatch no longer initializes to on, but starts in the off mode
- The Seven Segment display now turns off high order digits if they are
zero and nothing above them is non-zero.
- I adjusted the decimal points somewhat. In clock mode, the minute and
second decimal blink together. In stopwatch mode, the decimal
point (just before the last digit) is now on. In timer mode, the
minutes decimal is always on.
- Also some minor fixes having to deal with an hrs:mins:seconds timer.

3 The changes I made to the timer when publishing this core have now been
tested--the timer is a full 24-hour timer now.
