- Added eis_helpers.vhd, helper functions.
I got the permission of the Author (Prof. Dr. Gundolf Kiefer, University of Applied Sciences Augsburg)
to publish this package under the terms of the GPL v3.
This package contains some neat conversion functions for printing out std_logic_vectors and std_logic values,
and is especially handy for testbenches (asserting the values out)
