Hello All,

Many IP providers have SD/SDIO Controller IPs which have a 16bit
asynchronous SRAM interface (or an ARM/AMBA interface) on the host
side.

What I am looking for is an IP (or a datasheet of it) which has DRAM
interface on host side. I think Toshiba has a chip which provides both
SRAM/DRAM interfaces; but I couldn't find ANY information on net.

Can someone help me out?
