Hi Richard,
It might be worth you looking at ExpressIP for a Free GUI controller for
PAL/NTSC
We give away a complete graphics controller and 16-bit micro when you buy
the FPGA board.
You also get, a PS2 controller, RS232 etc
Have a look.
