Hi Richard, It might be worth you looking at ExpressIP for a Free GUI controller for PAL/NTSC We give away a complete graphics controller and 16-bit micro when you buy the FPGA board. I would like to use one of the lower cost Actel parts and implement

possibly
MP3 decode, some form of uC (8051/AVR) and maybe 10/100 or just 10

ethernet
MAC.

WOuld also be interested in a core to do OSD (on screeen display for
NTSC/PAL signal)
Thoughts? Help?
