Is the pci opencores list alive? I've sent messages there but they seem to disappear into a black hole. Also, the traffic to that list seems to have stopped as of early April. things are not too busy on this list, but normally after some times the
maintainers answered. Here in Europe, a lot of people take off two weeks for
easter holidays...
