Soft AVR core on Actel's Fusion FPGA

I'm really new and I'd like to use the AVR soft core on my Actel Fusion Starter Kit. Is it possible (and not too difficult)? Looking at HDL sources it seems (SEEMS) the only things I have to do is to create a new RAM with the same characteristics...I'm on the right way or I am just saying stupid things?
