Hi All,

First of all, thanks to Steve for releasing this gem.
please find attached .ucf file to be used with s3e1600.
all tests up to rtos_tcpip_eth went fine
with cache , ethernet enabled, ram XILINX_X16X, pipeline 3,
alu_type, shifter_type and mult_type set to "Default".
(not tested alternatives yet, need proper benchmark app first)
