i want to interface my FPGA with PIC ucontroller,and i am using spi interface where microcontroller is master and FPGA is slave so i want spi slave code

Take a look at Dangerous Prototypes, where they have an open hardware platform called the Open Bench Logic Sniffer. It's basically a PIC, SPI Flash, FPGA, and 5 V I/O buffer chip, along with other support chips. One of the first features added after the initial release was SPI communication between the PIC, Flash, and SPI, so I assume that you will find practical information in that project.
