The readme file within the AVR8 core of Lepetenokr states that two specific state machines should be sequentially encoded. Does this mean using one-hot encoding? I tested this JTAG/OCD interface using atmel's JTAG-ice and was able to identify the core as an AtMega128A. But no other functions seemed to work. Could this be the encoding thing?
