Hi everyone!
I'm trying to get data from a sensor Xsens MT9-B connected through a RS-232 gate and I'm having problems with that. The sensor transmits a total of 25bytes at every 10ms at a baud rate of 115k2 bits/s. The first byte is for Preamble, the second byte is for Address, the third is for MID and the fourth is for Lenght. Then comes the Data that I want in a total of 20bytes. I just want the first 6byte corresponding to AccX, AccY and AccZ (accelerometers). The code in attach must work... but i'm getting nothing and I don't know what to do. Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? Here is the MT9-B Technical Documentation for more info. http://paloma.isr.uc.pt/~lgm/datasets/manuals/MT9-B%20Technical%20Documentation.pdf Thank you all! |

Hi,
i made a brief review of your code. I think that your process needs a trigger and you miss a loop for reading the bits. I wrote some comments inside the file. If it is a pure RS232, then take a look at the RS232RefProj.zip referent project here: http://www.digilentinc.com/Products/Detail.cfm?Prod=NEXYS2 I hope you'll repair that sensor thing :) Vladimir |
