Design and implementation of Authenticated Encryption Stream Cipher

Hi guys,

I am implementing a new crypto system ASC-1 : An authenticated Encryption Stream Cipher. I have designed all the test vectors and done with most of the implementation. But, I am having some problems with optimization. Anyone interested ???
