Hi All
I have to evaluate if I can connect several cores into a single FPGA, any comment/suggestion greatly appreciated : My application requires the folowing functions to be interconnected : - USB2.0 High speed - TDM multichannel audio interface - I2S audio interface - SPDIF audio interface do you think possible to interconnect the above cores into a single FPGA so I can perform USB2.0 to/from TDM, to/from I2S, to/from SPDIF, and so on ? Also my application requires the following additional cores : - LCD controller for VGA display - 3 UARTs - SPI do you think possible to implement the above cores into a single FPGA, is this FPGA could be the same as the one featuring USB2.0, TDM, ... thanks to all Jerome |

Yes, yes, yes, and yes. As long as your FPGA is big enough (enough resources) and can handle the required operating frequency. You can find many of the required cores in OpenCores' CVS. HOW to solve your problem is part of your task. Cheers, Richard

Can I connect the S/PDIF directly to the FPGA pins?
