manipulating memory data

Hi,

Now I am working for RSA 2048 bit. Data input stream per word (16 bit) so I use many memory 128 * 16 bit here for each variable. I got a problem when I want to implement Miller Rabin test. Just like when I want to implement state find q: n-1=2^{s}.q. I have to find the first '1' in memory data and build new memory for variable q by shifting to right until I find '1'. Any ideas?
