Hi i am using JPEG Hardware Compressor core:

i have studied simulation steps provided by source file...fortunately i couldn't find DCT core in xilinx ISE 13.1 and also in Xilinx ISE 10.1 also ....

Can any one please tell me which tool i should use and few steps to simulate the JPEG compressor core ..
