Hi. I downloaded the Intel 8051 Verilog core from opencores.org. I want to synthesis it with Xilinx. How to do that?

Thanks.

You take all the files in a project and compile it. The only question you have to answer is : how do we compile a program and make the result as a part of the hardware project ?
The answer is depending of the soc. Sometimes you find a specific program to transform hex in verilog (or VHDL) sometimes you can use Xilinx data2mem binary or sometimes a bootloader is available. Because I never use your soc, I cannot answer to this question.
Good luck

Hey,
Browse for the folders and u will find all verilog files.
first add the top module file to the project,
then it will ask for the files associated with top modules
Select one by one and ready to go.

Synthesize it.
