Hi All, I am working on test Point Insertion in DFT. I want modules which have very poor test/fault coverage, so that I can work on it. If any of you know any modules/cores which would have poor coverage, please let me know. Poor coverage may result due pin constraints and some parts of the design where new logic should not be inserted for security reasons. Hi All, I am working on test Point Insertion in DFT.
